Pre Order takes 15-21 business days for processing time.

Q. How long is shipping?
A. We ship using USPS PRIORITY which takes 2-3 business days. Shipping is not
included in the processing time.

Q. What are the wig sizes?
A. You can choose between S/M (20in-22.5in) M/L (23in+)

Q. Are all wigs glue less?
A. Only closure wigs are glue less. Frontal Wigs are not.

Q. How soon will my accessory order ship out?
A. Accessory Orders will ship within 1-3 business days. If you order an accessory
with a wig that requires a longer processing time, they will all ship together once
the wig is completed.
